Stream or Download?

Stream the audio if you just want to listen to it on your computer. This will load the clip in your default audio player (ie. Windows Media Player) and play the file as it is still loading.
Download the audio if you want a permanent copy on your computer to burn to a CD, add to your iPod/MP3 player, etc. To do this, right click on the link and select "Save Target As..." Choose where you want the file to be stored and click the "Save" button.
