Will has served as Pastor at Richmond Hill since 1996. He is originally from Lexington, VA. Will received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and graduated from Bluefield College previous to that. Will and his wife Ginger have been married since 2005.

Nick has been at RHBC since 2005. He grew up in the Fall Creek community and attended Lenoir-Rhyne University, receiving a degree in Graphic Design with a certificate in Family Ministries. On the side, Nick also runs a graphic design business. He and his wife Twinkle have been married since April 2009.

Lisa has served as Music Director at Richmond Hill since 2004. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently is a 6th grade teacher at Fall Creek Elementary School. Lisa and her husband Ronnie have two children, Jessica and Noah.
